Owners Representative- CRG's role is to manage all aspects of the construction project and confirm the project remains on schedule and within the approved project budget. To accomplish this, we will work to ensure all team members are aligned with your goals, and are actively working towards achieving them. Our objective is to become an extension of the Owner and the Owner’s staff, ensuring the project team is aligned with the Owner’s mission and actively working towards achieving it.
Project Management- Providing PM throughout all project phases—from inception, planning and design to construction, completion and closeout. Working together with the owner, owners representative, and contractors, the project manager acts as its advocate, representing its interests with the sole purpose of executing its goals and objectives, providing accountability among team members by holding weekly round table meetings. CRG will supply sub-contractors when needed, to facilitate the project.
These meetings are invaluable to both the staff, contractors, architects, LA's and especially owners. This along with written schedules emailed to each sub-contractor keeps the job on target.
